STEP 1Inquiry & Quote
Please reach out via the Contact Form or via social media DM. Feel free to share your vision, even if you are unsure of the technical details. We will provide a free quote tailored to your request.
STEP 2Upload Assets to Your Dedicated Folder
Once you approve the quote, we will set up a private, dedicated upload folder for your project.
Simply open the provided URL and drag-and-drop your project assets (vocal tracks, illustrations, lyrics, etc.). No account creation or registration is required on your part.
STEP 3Production Infiltration (Start)
Production begins as soon as all necessary assets are gathered and the project is confirmed. Estimated turnaround time is approx. 1 week for MIX projects, and 1–2 weeks for Video production from the start date. We will provide a clear, accurate schedule when we begin.
STEP 4Review & Revisions
We will share a private delivery folder for you to review the draft versions.
Every plan includes up to 2 free revision rounds. Please listen to/view the actual data and let us know your adjustment preferences.
STEP 5Final Delivery & Payment (Post-Payment)
Once you approve the final content, we will replace the files with the high-resolution master data. Following this, we will email your invoice and secure payment link. Please process the payment within one week.
Production Guidelines & Requests
1. Data Handling & Security
All file transfers are conducted securely using YuaWorks’ enterprise Google Drive.
- No Login Required: You can upload and download files directly via any standard web browser.
- Isolated Security: We create a completely independent, private folder for each client. Your assets will never be visible to third parties.
- Data Protection: To protect your privacy, all project data will be securely and permanently deleted after a set period following final delivery.
2. Recommended File Formats
- Audio Tracks: 48kHz / 24bit / WAV (Highly Recommended)
- Illustrations: Transparent PNG format (With characters and backgrounds separated into individual files)
*Production is still possible with smartphone recordings or MP3 files. Please feel free to consult with us first.
3. Instrumental / Backing Tracks
While we are happy to guide you on how to find instrumental tracks, we kindly ask that clients download the files themselves to ensure intellectual property and legal compliance.

A. As a general guide from the project start date, mixing takes about 1 week, and video production takes roughly 1 to 2 weeks. We will provide a specific timeline in your quote based on our current queue and workload.
